MidexPro has been designed, as far as possible, to cover all combinations and permutations of the medical billing problem, so we expect it to be able to handle your needs, wherever you are. But should you have any local requirements which you believe are not covered by the current version of MidexPro then we are always ready to discuss these with you.

Moreover, although MidexPro "works" in English, that is the screens and the extensive Help system is in English, as far as your patients are concerned they need only ever see documentation in your native language. MidexPro can work concurrently in two languages, including non-arabic scripts such as Indic or Thai. It will also automatically handle Hijjri date conversion.

As you use MidexPro you build up your own diagnosis and treatment menus, etc. in your own language. Whatever you enter on your standard menus is what appears on your invoices, so this will be in your native language. Similarly, you also have total control over the layout of all document templates (invoices, statements, recall letters, referral letters, etc.) so whatever you put on these documents is what your patient sees - English not required!
